Apparel?? Steel City is proud to bring to you some of the finest apparel available on the market today. Our main lines of apparel for polo shirts are the Outer Banks and Jerzees brand. For our denim shirts we use Jerzee and all our hats are manufactured by the Otto Cap Company.

However, we are retailers for such brands as Anvil, Auburn, Cross Creek, Crystal Springs, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, Head to Toe, Lee, Outrageous, Blue Generation and many more. We can supply our customers with a large array of sizes…from X-Small all the way to 6X-Large Tall. If you are looking for a particular garment made by a particular manufacturer or need a size that is not listed, just give us a call and we will be glad to try and locate it for you.

Designs?? All of our designs have been sewn out for quality assurance. The design color changes pertain to the main body of the design itself. For example, if a car is pictured in red and you prefer blue: let us know and we will make the change.

We have not shown all of our designs, just the most popular. If you are looking for a particular car or model, let us know and we will research our data base.

Paying for Products?? We are pleased to offer PayPal - simply log into your account and have the funds transferred direct using our email address: bilmar@cobweb.net.

You may also send your order via the U.S. Postal Service along with a cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks accepted, but are held till cleared thru our bank (normally 3-5 business days).

Prices?? We all know how confusing pricing can be, so when you order from Steel City Embroidery, the prices you see listed within the web pages include the garment and the embroidery design and/or embroidered text. Everything is priced for the finished product, so you don’t have to worry about extra or hidden charges.

Sales Tax?? There is no sales tax on any of our products in Pennsylvania.

Ordering?? It very simple to order garments, accessories, embroidery and/or embroidered text from Steel City. Simply drop us a quick email and we will return your request within 24 hours.

Shipping?? Shipping and handling fees are a flat rate of $3.95 on all orders, if shipped anywhere in the United States. International orders need to call before ordering - some additional shipping charges may apply. USPS ships most of our orders.

Refund Policy?? If you need to return a stock garment because of color, size or garment damage and the item is not personalized or a special order, you may do so within 30 days. If your PayPal account was used for payment, the same account will be credited- less the shipping charges or if payment was made by cashier’s check or money order we will refund by company check-less shipping charges. The consumer is responsible for all shipping charges on any returned items.

Discounts: members of the Fairlane Club of America, Comet East, Comet Central, Comet West, Three Rivers Corvette Club receive 15% discount upon proof of active/current club membership

SPECIAL NOTE: Steel City Embroidery cannot issue refunds on any special or personalized orders. If you are dissatisfied with the embroidery work - such as loose stitching or stitching too tight (puckering), we will replace the garment as long as the request for replacement has been made within 14 days of receiving the order. We ask that you choose your garments carefully, especially size. Once they are customized, we cannot take them back.
